1. Eligibility for Refund

• Shared hosting plans may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain registration, renewal, or transfer
• VPS, dedicated servers, cloud services
• Licenses, add-ons, setup fees

3. Payment Fees

Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

4. Abuse & Violations

No refunds will be provided for services terminated due to abuse, policy violations, or illegal activities.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Changes to Policy
